I go to Peru and would love to visit Machu Picchu but from what I researched the prices are exorbitant. There any cheapest way to go to Machu Picchu?

The cheapest way would probably be by bus from Cuzco. about 9 years ago

If you have a hotel in Cusco, your host may know of a trustworthy agent in the town that offers a package tour of cusco itself, being very historical, and trips to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. I think I paid 350 for a weeks worth of touring around and didn't feel rushed. Student discount became available and I was refunded some money. about 9 years ago

Probably the Machu Picchu by Car will be good for you, it is the cheap one, the tour takes 2 days, because, in the first day you have to drive to a certain point, witch takes 5 hours and then walk for 3 hours more, and the nest day you will visit Machu Picchu. Prices in Cusco are around 150 USD for this specific tour, if you want to know more, visit https://www.explorape.com/ 7 months ago
