Well Priya, that depends on where in continent you may be! For east coast, Killington, VT scores highly as does Mad River Glen also in VT. I spent childhood winters in Bromley Mountain, so I have a sift spot for it, but don't know if sets snowboarder hearts alight as the others.
Moving west, Colorado, Montana and Utah. It's been years since skiing in Colorado but my cousin lives in Steamboat Springs and he'd tell you the boarding is solid there. There are other superb spots there butas I havent been, I won't comment.
California's Sierras. My backyard and I love Northstar & Squaw. Loads of long runs, powder, trees and groomed, so whatever you poison you'll be sure to find it! No been to Kirkwood, but I hear it's also the business. If looking for something more tame and lw key, Bear Valley is worth a look. But dont expect an après ski 'scene' there as youbwould in Tahoe.
Not least is Whistler in BC. Wow wow wow! almost 9 years ago
