New Zealand in June: booking

about 3 years ago about New Zealand

Planning a trip to New Zealand for two weeks in June. I've been reading as much as I can on the weather and things to see. Should I nook everything in advance? Glacier trip, skiing, other day trip hikes? Or since it is off season can I wait?

    Hi Mary,

AT that time of year here in NZ you don't need to book anything in advance, except perhaps accommodation if you are in a popular skiing location. Glacier trips, hiking etc are all best left, especially as these things are very weather dependent. Have a great trip, and if you are traveling down the West Coast it's worth checking out the Montieths Brewery in Greymouth, they do a great inexpensive brewery tour, with plenty of beer included! about 3 years ago
