The Netherlands Health Ministry says medicines for personal use should be okay, but narcotics are not allowed to be imported, and strict penalties apply. The ministry says Dutch pharmacists will usually accept foreign prescriptions of drugs such as Adderall. But on this page http://www.rsonac.org/other-services/faq-travel/travel-with-medicine-to-the-netherlands.html
There's a link to email the ministry to ask further questions. I urge you to contact them and ask.
