    Hi Alan, it's irregular at best, but the one thing I'd be more concerned about is the cost. A friend of mine went through Indonesia lately, used his phone a handful of times and got stung for $3,000 worth of phone bills. Always look to use phone cards or purchase local sims where possible. over 9 years ago
