    I have done it at this time of the year before. I think it is great as there are far fewer people out there. It IS, however, much colder - but clear and dry. If you are leaving Lukla on 20th Nov, then this is enough time. You need to allow for possibly not getting into (or out of when you are leaving) Lukla as fog delays are more common in the winter. If the 20th Nov is when you get to KTM, then your timings are a little tight. Hope this helps. Phil about 9 years ago

    Thanks so much! Yes, so we're going to be getting into Kathmandu on 18 Nov and out on 4 Dec. Hopefully that'll give us enough time! What was the temperature you experienced and what kind of training did you do before hand? Thanks so much!!! about 9 years ago
