The trekking company I am using for my trek to Nepal notes the following on its website: " If you are a US customer and using World Nomads they are now requiring guests to pay evacuation costs out-of pocket in Nepal." I did an online quote, and upon reading the Explorer Plan benefits, did not see similar language for the emergency evacuation portion of the plan. Can you clarify whether I (US citizen, resident of Virginia) would have to pay the emergency evacuation costs out of pocket, as the Himalayan Wonders website indicates? Thank You.
