We've only done the ABC trek so comparisons we have are via word of mouth from other Trekkers. ABC, we're told, is prettier. EBC is more epic. Of course, there is the elevation differences as well (ABC is at 13,500ft while EBC is at 16,000 to 17,000 ft). Check out acethehimalaya.com, a great outfitter to guide treks to either. over 6 years ago

The major difference of Annapurna base camp and Everest base camp is elevation. Annapurna base camp is at 4130m from sea level and Everest base camp is at 5363m from sea level. And of course the culture and religion deserved by ethnic groups of Nepal, landscape and nature views with high snow capped mountains are different. Annapurna base camp is short trek and relatively lower altitude. It takes you to core of the himalayan range giving you 360 view.

Everest basecamp is longer trek and to higher altitude.

Annapurna is culturally more diverse than Everest and more flora and founa in the area compared to Everest.
