It depends how you define easy. The Annapurna area is full of trails that make up a kind of trekking highway. Along these trails your are rarely any more than 2 hours walk from the a hot meal and a bed.
So if you mean easy, in terms of specialised skills or equipment, yes. But if you mean easy in terms of physical fitness then it all depends how far you want to walk each day. You can take it really slow, or you can push hard.
