We did a road-trip around Namibia a few years ago and honestly - EVERY campsite we stayed at was totally amazing!

Etosha National Park, sossusvlei, Spitzkoppe, Twyfelfontein, Groetfontein, to name a few.

My all time favourite was Ngepi where we "camped" in a tree house overlooking the Kavango river and Okavango delta. http://www.ngepicamp.com Amazing! almost 5 years ago

My husband and I did a gAdventures tour (Dunes, Deltas and Falls) through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Zambia and we loved camping in Etosha National Park. We were a few steps away from the watering hole (where you can spend hours watching the animals in their natural habitat) and had incredible access to even more wildlife on all of the game drives. We did also do bush camping in the Okavanga Delta which was quite incredible; we were driven in by pokers on mokorros and set up camp on an island in the middle of the delta. Chobe National Park was beautiful as well; but camping in Etosha is what I'd recommend. Also to see: Soussevlei/Dead Vlei/Dune 45, Swakopmund and spending time with locals. Enjoy your trip.
