The town of Mixquic in southeast Mexico City, in delegación Tláhuc is a great place to be for Día de Muertos with altars, cultural events, processions and an impressive candle-lit cemetery on the last day of the celebrations. over 6 years ago

Patzcuaro, Michoacan in Día de Muertos is one of the best places you can go. Be sure to reserve your hotel for months before the date. Try to get to a boat in the lake. You will not regret it :) about 6 years ago
