    Hello Edgar, Katrina from WorldNomads.com here. The travel insurance plans we offer do not cover any pre-existing medical conditions (which include pregnancy or any complications of pregnancy). Sorry we cannot help - you might try another local insurer and check the full description of coverage carefully to make sure the plan you choose suits you and your trip.     Complications related to pregnacy are covered until the 26th week of pregnacy because the policy wording for the World Nomads traveller insurance state the following under exclusions:

    h. medical and maternity assistance after the 26th week of pregnancy and after the 18th week of pregnancy when the pregnancy is the result of fertility treatment and/or you are expecting more than one child,

    Again, the above is excluded from insurance cover - which means that before the 26th week complications related to pregnancy is covered. over 6 years ago
