I know that Jordan is the only country in Arabia and in fact the only country in the Arab World to legalise homosexuality. My question is: In Jordan, such a strongly Muslim country to somehow also have legalised homosexuality, what is allowed and what isn’t? My main interest is, with homosexuality legal in an Islamic country how does that play out and what are homosexuals allowed to do in the country whilst not breaking or breaching laws? If you can be specific to what is allowed at various levels of society such as the differences in open public, controlled public such as cafes or clubs, and even in private.
