I've been stayed in Tokyo for 4 days and went to many ramen and udon restaurant in Shimokitazawa and Mitaka-shi.But i've got 3 days left here so can anyone recommend me one or more restaurant in Tokyo. Thank a lot!
Well, not sure about ramen, however I could recommend a restaurant that does tofu more ways than you can imagine. I can't remember what they are called but you can find them on the very top floor of the ToBu dept store in Funabashi.
A very special experience. about 6 years ago
Or how about the story of 85-year-old Jiro Ono, considered by many to be the world’s greatest sushi chef. He is the proprietor of Sukiyabashi Jiro, a 10-seat, sushi-only restaurant inauspiciously located in a Tokyo subway station. Despite its humble appearances, it is the first restaurant of its kind to be awarded a prestigious three-star Michelin Guide rating, and sushi lovers from around the globe make repeated pilgrimage, calling months in advance and shelling out top dollar for a coveted seat at Jiro’s sushi bar.
