I am planning to visit Japan sea coast (around Toyama and Niigata border) this summer. Should I Be concerned about the radiation exposure? Is it safe to play in the ocean? Should I avoid local sea food?

I just returned from Toyko and the government are taking strict precautions regarding radiation. I didn't have any issues eating delicious seafood at Tsujiki Fish Market. I went to the Sagami Coast in Kamakura and didn't see or hear of any major concern for radiation.

This is the worst nuclear disaster in world history and you are asking if it is safe to play in an ocean when they dump/leak radioactive waste? Are you serious?
