How Much Spending Money For 2 Weeks In Japan

I have planned a trip to Japan - Osaka & Tokyo - Can i get some advise on how much spending money i will need for 2 weeks? I have already paid for Air fare and my accommodation is paid as i'm staying with family and friends.. I just want an idea how much to take per day. I'm looking at doing a bit of shopping, site seeing and Disney Land.

  I count 5.000¥ for eating/drinking/sightseeing per day and 5.000¥ for sleeping, more or less. And I've always been able to do with this amount. And if I wanted something extra/special, I paid with credit card. about 9 years ago
