I'm going to be in Tokyo for two weeks at the end of November. Are there any websites that I might be missing to check out for cheaper accommodations? Maybe some alternative accommodations? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

When I was in Tokyo for two weeks I stayed at K's house hostel. Don't let the title "hostel" throw you, the K's houses are the best hostels I have stayed at anywhere in the world. They are amazingly clean, very new, the staff are awesome and they are decently cheap. K's house was honestly better than some of the hotels I stayed in while in Japan.

A single room will cost you only 3,900 yen, but looking at their website availability for those is no good until the 27th of November. There are still dorms available though (3,000 yen).

The hostel is located in Asakusa, and the subway entrance is literally 1 minute away.

Hi - I agree about Ks House - there's actually quite a few places in Tokyo offering this style of accommodation these days. You can see some of my favorites here http://www.tokyotopia.com/tokyo-guesthouse.html - if you prefer a hotel then there are budget options here http://www.tokyotopia.com/cheap-tokyo-hotels.html

A very cool hotel that I think is awesome is called Claska - their website is here http://www.claska.com/en/ about 11 years ago
