    Hello Didier,

in Florence a very traditional place is LA CASALINGA in S. Spirito, very crowded great food reservation need

Around Florence you can go to

    - Trattoria Sanesi in Lastra a Signa, very famous for the Florentine T-Bone Stake (traditional dish). They also have a fine big selction of Tuscan dishes

In Chianti Area you can go to

    - Cecchini, a very famous place for meats and chianti dishes, Florentine T-Bone Steak too.
    - La Toppa, in S. Donato in POggio, very nice place in a little town on the top of the hill. Charming and not that expensive.

In panzano, middle of Chiant (an hour from Florence), there is a great restaurant run by the local butcher. It is dehydration and you need to be a meat lover. Wonderful experience but need to book. Google panzano and you will find it. over 6 years ago
