Where is Cinque Terre?

over 3 years ago about Italy

I am planning to travel to Cinque Terre. I heard it is in Genoa but no one can confirm. I would appreciate it if any one can confirm with a recommendation for a hotel. Thank you.

    Hi,
Cinque Terre is a national park in Italy. I am not sure how you are traveling there, but the most efficient way I believe to get there is by train. These are the five cities that make up Cinque: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. Trains run right through all of these places, which makes it easy to jump from one city to the next. I recommend doing some research and start with the city you want to go to first beacuse I have no idea of your timeline while in Cinque, and there is a lot to see. Be prepared its very hilly so wear some comfortable walking shoes and pack light. There are many beautful places to stay in Cinque Terre, I would use the hostel world website or app to find a great place to stay. That website has a lot of reviews and pictures to aid you in deciding where to stay. I hope this helps.
