Tuscany with a little boy

over 7 years ago about Tuscany, Italy

Hello, we'll be having a holiday for 5 days in Tuscany with our 3 year old son. We need to get some advice about nice places in Tuscany that our little boy might like.

My experience was that the larger cities were better for kids (particularly if raining!). But you know, I would just drag your child around with you! My favorite places were sienna, panzano (dinner at the butchers a real treat) and montepulciano. Have fun. over 7 years ago

Tuscany is a great region for kids. The Boboli gardens in Florence is great for kids. If your child is interested in Pinocchio then try these gardens and parks... http://www.pinocchio.it/eng/
It also depends when you go...if you go around the time of Carnevale, then your child would definitely love the Viareggio carnival. over 7 years ago
