There are few ways to get from Marco Polo airport to Venice. Water taxi, Vaporetto, regulat taxi or bus. One of the best ways is to use private water taxi, but this is also the most expensive way.

My advice is to take Alilaguna ferry. Alilaguna is company which operates boats from Marco Polo airport to Venice. It is both convenient and cheap. For more details check this post.
