Which airport are you flying into? If it's the major one, Malpensa (MPX), then you can hop on a 30min train into Cadorna station and then hop on the metro for a few stops to Duomo station. You won't have too much time but if you're quick then you can easily check out the Duomo (cathedral) and the Galleria (shopping) and possibly the Castello (old castle). All walking distance from each other. almost 9 years ago

Definitely check out the Duomo - if you have time please get to the roof of the Duomo for fantastic views of the city and an amazing perspective of the architecture almost 9 years ago

Agree with Andrew and Priyanka: go to the Duomo Square! Depending on how much time do you have, get into the Duomo, go up for a panoramic view, walk through the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle (type of shopping). In the oder side of the Galleria you can take a look at the Opera (Teatro alla Scala). Also, if you like shopping, you will be at just a a couple of blocks from the Via Monte Napoleone; at least you would like to go there just to walk around. Finally, before going back to the train station, take a coffee looking at Duomo Square. Enjoy Milan! almost 9 years ago

For me the best in Milan is to visit the famous "Last supper" by Leonardo da Vinci, in Santa Maria delle Grazie church. But you have to book. Check out yhe official site. ;) almost 9 years ago
