everyone get's the same security screening when they arrive at the airport. As Jorge says, lots of Muslims in Israel, but leave your "death to Israel" t-shirt at home.
Be aware, you might struggle to get access to some middle eastern countries if you have an Israeli visa stamp in your passport.

I agree with the above comments. As I do not know from what country you are entering or what entrance stamps are already in your passport, make sure you totally understand Israel's entrance/exit policies (check what is written by official bodies, either with an Israeli embassy or what the Israeli Interior MInistry has posted for visiting the country) and that your documentation is in order.
If you are a practicing Moslem, then this country will be a haven for you. You will have no problems finding places that serve the food you can eat and you will be easily be able to find prayer mosques (in fact, in cities like Jerusalem the muezzin will remind you it's prayer time). over 6 years ago
