    To the best of my knowledge, entrance visas (where they are required) must be arranged beforehand. That means you must contact the Israeli Consulate closest to you to find out what documentation and fees must be paid. almost 7 years ago

    Indian nationals do require a visa to visit Israel, getting a visa depends on where you are traveling from, if it's from the GCC then make sure you don't get your passport chopped or else you would not be enter the GCC again. The Israeli Embassy in Delhi issues visas, I have travelled several times to Israel from Dubai but not had my passport chopped when entering Israel. The Israeli Embassy in Amman, Jordan issues visas too for very special cases. Bit tough but possible! almost 7 years ago

    Here's a link to a list of all countries. Indian citizens do need a valid visa prior to arriving in Israel.
