Where is the area for affordable shopping in the city? Is there any department store like Target or something similar?

Primark is brilliant, it has a differant name there though. Penneys i think they trade is Ireland, theres a big store on the main drag, turn off the mall to the left as you are walking from the river side, where the spire is!. Its Clothing and accessories, but good stuff and bargain prices, I go crazy in there almost 12 years ago
