Ireland has one of the highest ratios of celiacs in the world, so most restaurants have gluten free options on the menu, or if they don't, staff are generally well-versed on the topic and will make sure meals are made to suit your restrictions.

Compared to many other countries, Ireland very gluten-free friendly. US celiacs I know have been especially pleased because they don't get confused looks from staff when trying to order. almost 6 years ago

My daughter and I went to Ireland and she has celiac she ordered her food gluten free and never had problem. Irish have many gluten free foods and understand cross contamination. Just tell your server. Have a great time over 5 years ago
