Rumha Bali, stayed here a few weeks ago, its really nice. Its typical Balinese accomodation in South Bali about half an hour from the airport not far from Nusa Dua & the beach. They give you a sumptuous breakfast on your porch if you want or in the restaurant. They operate on an site cookery school in Balinese cooking and an authentic Balinese restaurant up the road called Bumba Bali. You can have lunch & dinner room service from the restaurant or book a table at the restaurant where they have an hours Balinese dancing entertainment at night from 8pm-9pm. On site they have a large swimming pool, a tennis court and you can have a Balinese massage. It is quite a large complex and a little dark & confusing at night till you get your orientation. If you're accommodated at the back, their driver can collect you from and leave you at a nearby back entrance.

The owners operate a scheme to help the men (& their families) who do back breaking work up a volcano to collect sulphur for a pittance. They have a life expectancy of 45 so if you have any clothes you would like to discard if you wish to stay here, please bring them & Heinz, the owner will pass them on to these people. They have internet access at reception. They operate airport transfers and a reduction for a return one.

Link for restaurant & cookery class.
