I was wondering is it alright to bring medication that does not require a prescription into Indonesia. Would a receipt or no documentation suffice or could I get into trouble. Not all the medications I require for this trip are covered by prescription.

I live in Indonesia and I have never been questioned at customs about any medications, prescription or otherwise. Unless you are bringing in something that may raise alarms as suspicious illegal drugs then I expect you'd have no problems with your medication. almost 7 years ago
