Indonesia sim card advice
What's a good sim card for data and phone calls in Indonesia? Do you need anything special to get one?

Actually, it depends on where will you spend most of your time in Indonesia. Telkomsel (As or Simpati for pre paid) has the best signal coverage, but expensive in data package. XL is commonly better for data package. almost 9 years ago

Just came from Bali and got a Telkomsel prepaid sim for my Ipad when I arrived. Was so surprised that the data services was free for a 90- day trial period. Aside from the simcard with some load on it (bought it for IDR30K, not sure if the same is a fare price), I did not load any amount and used the data service for a week. almost 9 years ago
