Sorry Angga, from my experience in Bali most cafes have WiFi and almost all are slow. Very slow. I don't think Bali has very good network infrastructure - which isn't the fault of the cafes. over 7 years ago

Starbucks normally quite good, most hotels and cafe's have wifi but generally wherever u log in is slow with drop outs. about 7 years ago
