Bangalore is a little boring - regular pubs, malls and so on.

If you're looking for outdoor activities - lots of fishing camps, river rafting, trekking etc close to Bangalore.
For cultural stuff, there is Mysore (abour 2.5hours drive from Bangalore).

Travel a little further, and you could land up in some really impressive national forests - where you can stay (safely!) for a few days. It's really good. Or even some coffee and tea estates (e.g. Coorg) about 9 years ago

You must go to central bangalore and visit the cubbon park. Then you can also go shopping around brigade road. You can also take a tour of ITPL. Then you can go to hard rock cafe. And also you can visit the botanic garden lalbagh. Theses are just a few things to do. You can do things like in normal cities like go bowling, pubs, and malls, btw one good mall you can visit iss UB City. about 9 years ago
