My uncle owns a great place in Kerala.
It was an old coffee plantation that he bought and now grows a bit of botique organic coffee there. He has also started a resort, that is quite highly rated. (Conde Naste in the UK rated it as one of the top 101 hotels in the world)
They have taken old heritage houses from the plains and rebuilt them up in the hills. It is quite stunning. The place is called Paradisa Plantation Retreat and their website is http://www.paradisaretreat.com/index.htm about 10 years ago -

There are many hotels and resorts available in Kerala.
Aranya Niwas, Periyar House etc. are the hotels where I am usually staying during Kerala Tours .
You can also book your tour through a reputed tour agency for more info you can search on the internet. about 5 years agoAnswered by Suhana Oberoi viaTravellr.com
