I will be living in Delhi this summer for two months and need to find a good, safe place to stay that is reasonably priced.

    Well, for a low price there is always the places in Paharganj. Can you define "a good rate"? If you are traveling to the first time to India Paharganj can be a bit too much.     Delhi is pretty huge, I would recommend short list a place depending on your itenary. You can then go to website www.airbnb.com and explore options. For a non hassle you can also negotiate with resonable guest house.

    Chandnichok would be a place but it's some what messy but still you can have a different experience staying there and also good Indian street-food you can taste about 9 years ago

    pooja palace has a nice roof top garden where you can go and eat.
    clean, safe nice friendly staff, free internet. hot water
    in karol bagh and there are markets around the corner with set local prices so you dont have to really haggle with them. near by trainstation aswell which will take you to old delhi. about 9 years ago
