Definately try the little alley/roadway next to the Westin Hotel. Its called the ABC farms. There are loads of little restaurants in there, one serves indian food, and has live jazz -amazing - liked it alot. Also if you walk up past the Westin Hotel, on the same side of the road you will walk down another alley/roadway which has some more fancy indian restaurants. Ive eaten at both areas, and both are fine, and generally speak english. Perhaps not walk around alone after dark tho.
There is also a hotel called number 7 I think, this is also good, rooftop bar with pool bars and anyone can visit this. over 6 years ago

I've lived in Pune a couple of years and here are some must eats. Dorabjee's for Parsi food, a small community in Mumbai/Pune; Burger King (not the chain) but a stand alone burger joint which serves up humongous burgers really cheap, Marzorin in Camp for sandwiches that will take you back to your childhood and of course make sure you pick up some Shrewsberry biscuits from the Kayani! almost 3 years ago
