    Try Haridwar, north of Delhi - the closest train station is Dehradun and the closest airport is Delhi. There are several centers there when I was there about three years back.

    One of the legitimate retreats seems to be Patanjali Yoga Peeth (I do not have personal experience). You can do a Google search.

    There is another one at which my friend spent a couple of weeks last year and he was happy - only for serious practiioners and not for beginners. I can get the name and contact info. over 7 years ago

Panch Kedar, cites to five temples of Lord Shiva-Rudranath, Madhyamaheshwar, Tungnath, Kapleshwar and Kedarnath. over 4 years ago
