Before booking into a hotel it's worth asking whether they have change available for their guests. You'll discover that this is pretty important when an ATM starts spitting out R500 notes that no one will accept. over 10 years ago

Hotel Downtown off the Para Ganj is good and cheap (last time I stayed there for 400 rps for a double with TV and an attached bathroom). That's about £6-7 or $9-10. www.deathofthepostcard.com over 10 years ago

    Depends on your budget...
For something historical, try the imperial hotel.
On a tight budget - try a guest house like - the colaba house

Please don't stay in Karol bagh...it's a dump. Sorry aida.
It's also far from everything worth seeing in delhi. Stay in a guest house in the following areas:
Nizam ud din, sundar nagar, Jorbagh. over 9 years ago
