    Delhi. If you happen to reside close to the Paharganj area, you should get ready to remain covered in colour by kids and shopkeepers alike in case you leave your room and go outside. If possible, you should definitely try and secure tickets for the Holi Cow festival. This is a mega event filled with music, colour and madness. almost 7 years ago

    Its not such a big thing in this part of India, but, by all accounts, and previous threads, the safest place to see Holi from is your hotel window. almost 7 years ago
