I do not want a beach holliday
Land straight to cochin in Kerala...if you love a coastal holiday! It's heaven! Other places worth checking out ... Mysore, kodaikanal, mahabalipuram, Madurai, kanyakumari, munnar... Chennai would be another city to land and move to various other spots in south India.. Bombay is the worst place to visit in India for holiday! over 7 years ago
Don't miss Tamil Nadu. The people are really friendly (generally), and of the three trips that I've taken to India, culturally, I found it the most interesting part of the country.
I saw a classical India dance festival in Mamallapuram in January that is not to be missed. over 7 years ago
Munnar is a one of the most charming and enchanting tourist spots in south India. Beautiful wide range of mountains stretched with a bedspread of tea plantations, mountains, great valleys and exotic sense of species and floras are memorizing experience while exploring Munnar. Hence Munnar tour will provide mixed experience of nature and culture. There are many interesting places in Munnar which are unique blessed with fantastic beauty of nature. Many tourists from different locations are reaching Munnar, and enjoying their holidays in beloved ones. over 6 years ago
