    Reykjavik is the biggest city in Iceland. You could probably start there and drive around the island and stop by at smaller towns along the way and see the sights around them.

    I would recommend reading an Iceland travel guide to get an idea of the lay of the land and figure out what you want to see. Depending on your budget and time of visit, you could either rent a car or do one of the tours.

    I would recommend you to stay in cottages on your trip around Iceland.
    That way you can enjoy the nature more and have good time with your friends and family.
