You are a lucky one, my two favourite places!
http://tinyurl.com/72hrhe4 If you are staying close to the main area in Budapest and having only a few days, stick to the Danube River sites and the City Park. Between those two main locations, there are a huge variety of things to do and see.
It will be cold in February, so warm up in the Baths in the City Park and go iceskating, both fun ideas this time of year.

The terror museum and the communist era statue park are a little different, if you feel like going off the traditional path.

http://tinyurl.com/4y5tw4s Vienna i would go Schloss Schönbrunn: the beautiful castle located in the city park, where they also have the zoo.

There are a huge amount of museums to see including the famous Sisi, the Botanical gardens, and the Belvedere with it's famous Kiss painting, among the great sites in Vienna.

Agreed, the Danube river tour is amazing. Lots of culture. Even downtown with the architecture. The salt baths are great also. over 7 years ago
