In Pekingese "Fong Sin" is a great place for northern Chinese dishes. An upmarket well-appointed restaurant catering for those who know their Beijing-style food. I've eaten there many a time with family and friends. I think it might be called the Imperial but not certain. Advisable to book in advance.

I think in Cantonese "Fong Sin" is a great place in Telford Gardens Plaza 2, Kowloon Bay. Its an upmarket well-appointed restaurant catering for those who know their Beijing-style food. I've eaten there many a time with family and friends. I think it might be called the Imperial but not certain.

I know also a very nice place, Peking Garden. This 30-year-old restaurant is part of the Maxim’s Group, and is known across the city for its Peking Duck. A trustworthy choice for food from the capital, and you might even get to see the chef show off a few skills. I would like to share the address: 3/F Star House, 3 Salisbury Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, 2735 8211.
