I don't think so - I think it is the same price. In Brisbane, we don't have H & M, Zara, Gap etc so it was a good place to shop for those sorts of things but other than that, I thought it was really similar.

Are you crossing into Shenzhen at all? I have a great tailor if you are getting things made/copied. Awesome and they send to the hotel. over 7 years ago

I found it so much cheaper. For quality go to Harbor town, which is a massive shopping .For cheap copy clothes and dvds then the night markets are great for some cheap buys. Make sure you batter, as with some you can go down to nearly 1/2 the asking price, if you are buying more than 1 over 7 years ago

Short answer NO!! Hong Kong people shop, shop and shop! They LOVE brands so ALL the brand stores are there. However, we have bought Ralph Polo Lauren polo shirts in dubai for $40 but paid $110 Aussie in HK last October!! If you want to buy Channel, Cartier, etc you need to make an appointment and que at the shop door. if you want to buy DFS style overs and low end clothing go to Harbourside - western end. But why bother when you can get the same stuff in Oz. The women's Markets are full of JUNK! Even the stores around Mongkok are not cheap. I'd try Abu Dhabi if i were you - much nicer and cheaper! over 7 years ago
