Seems like these sites are in a different island? I was trying to locate the acropolis and Strofi but I am by Elounda which is a southern island in Greece, perhaps there is more than one Plaka beach? almost 9 years ago

We visited the Temple of Zeus, Hadrians Gate, and Olympic Stadium the first day which is all within or near Plaka. Next day we walked toward Acropolis wher you'll find signs that guide you to a narrow street winding up the Acropolis through small houses. Great views of Athens. Trail ends at Mars Hill where Apostle Paul taught the Bible. The entrance to Parthenon and Agora are nearby. After visiting those sites, you can walk back to Plaka by walking either way around the Acropolis on streets. The north side takes you by the Roman Agora, the south side takes you by the ancient theatres and the Acropolis museum. over 8 years ago
