On your first day I recommend one of the bike tours starting at Alexanderplatz. A good guide provides a wealth of information on those rides. over 4 years ago

We did a walking tour around this amazing city - so much culture and history to see and hear about. Students tourists take you around the city but they are knowlegable and will take you to all the main attractions and make it a bit more fun. At the end of the tour you can make a donation of however much you think they deserve. Loved Berlin, very interesting city with so much history.
We also did a tour of Sachsenhausen Camp just outside of Berlin. Extremely confronting to witness but well worth it. over 4 years ago

The Deutsches Historiches Museum is incredible, I spent 2 days in there. Make sure to check out the Holocaust monument and the museum underneath. Also see the Neue Wache, it's a monument to the victims of war and tyranny and has a very moving sculpture inside. over 4 years ago
