It does but not massively. Canadians would consider it a sprinkle of snow.
Last winter, on December 10th the city was hit by 4 inches of snow (10cms), which was the heaviest snowfall in 25 years.... still caused chaos.

There isn't a snow month. It depends on weather patterns. However it is more likely to snow in January and February as it does here in the UK. That is why people prefer January and February as best time to see Paris ( http://www.weareholidays.co.in/travel-guide/when-to-visit-paris ). almost 8 years ago

12 March 2013, coming from London on Eurostar. Took about 10 hours to get to Paris due to snow. The city was beautifully blanketed in an inch of white! about 5 years ago

Is there any chance of snow around October - November? I live in Australia so have never seen snow and it would be great to see even the slightest sprinkle. about 4 years ago
