Car Rental Advice - Toulouse, FR offsite from airport & insurance

over 2 years ago about Toulouse, France

Need to rent a car after I land at Toulouse (TLS) airport. I see considerable price difference between airport rental location and others less than 1km outside airport but no mention of shuttle or taxi service to off-site rental locations. Anyone familiar with TLS airport and offsite rental access? Also, will my travel CDW insurance be honored in France or will I need to get CDW from the car agency?

  Allstate would not cover me but check with your company. It is also good to get an international drivers permit. I would say just take a taxi or an Uber if it is available to the location. over 2 years ago
