Reasonable place to stay in Paris in July?
Family of 5 ( 3 young kids 6,4,2) will be visiting Paris from July 10 for about a week. Could you recommend a place to stay that is in a safe quartier, close to the Metro, for about USD 300 maximum per night? If a hotel room is not possible, any serviced apartments perhaps? Merci.

try to find an apartment on the web site homelidays.com: these are rented directly from owner. My favourite place is the Marais (4th) over 7 years ago

The Ibis Hotel Tour Eiffel Cambronne is reasonable and a metro station is across the street. A fruit stand and bakeries are nearby as well. Easy walking distance to the tower and some rooms have a pretty good view of the tower. You may have to get 2 rooms as they usually don't have rooms for 5. over 7 years ago

You will be in Paris for Bastille Day. Be prepared for big crowds especially near the tower. They have a big fireworks show on the tower. over 7 years ago
