    Paris has every cuisine that you could imagine, but if you are interested specifically in French food, then:

    Confit
    Rillettes
    Cheese, especially brie
    Crepes and croissants
    Creme brulee
    Foie gras

    I recommend duck (confit de canard), breads (baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolat), macarrons (Pierre Hermes, Laduree), chocolates (both French and Belgian), and escargot and fois gras for the braver ones. over 6 years ago
