    September is the best time to be in İstanbul. There are lots of things to to. You can also choose one of the great seaside places like Bodrum and Antalya. But be sure to make a reservation asap. Holiday season in Turkey can be highly populated and expensive.. almost 7 years ago

    You definitely will need to book something if you are travelling over Eid - the hotels/pansions and even the busses will be very busy.

    Depends on what you want to do but for culture for a few days then it has to be either Istanbul or Ankara and for fun, Bodrum. almost 7 years ago
