I'll only be there for a couple of nights at the end of November, and looking for a funky fun place to spend 2 nights in the middle of the city.

Similar to QT or W, where a middle aged woman can feel like a rockstar for a brief moment ;)

Somewhere in Christiania I guess :))) here is a nice free audio tour across the city http://izi.travel/browse/d81af9ce-d64a-466a-8f7b-919b9210c94a?lang=en about 6 years ago

A cheap and funky option is Wake Up Copenhagen, but Air BnB has lots of options in Copenhagen. Saint Petri is also nice, but pricier. about 6 years ago

I stayed at Generator Hostel. Although large it didn't feel impersonal like some large hostels do, it had a lot of funky style as well as a bar, food, a lounge great place to stay. about 6 years ago

Thanks all, I found a loft apartment/room in Admiral Hotel in Copenhagen.

I love this city! So easy to walk around and explore, very friendly people and very affordable.

Christmas lights are up and everyone is in festive spirits. almost 6 years ago
